Fertility Awareness Project charts are designed for charting fertility awareness for pregnancy prevention, getting pregnant, or charting for health insights. These charts are designed to track basal body temprature and cervical mucus with FEMM mucus guidelines. There is also some room for customization of your own charting system.

Charting on paper means that you don’t have to rely on your phone to be connected to data or wifi in order to chart, charting on paper is much like a journaling practice - keeping you rooted in your cycle from day-to-day.

Elements to note:

• The x and y axis line up between the cycle day and temperature, so you can visually see temperatures at the cycle day at a glance.

• There is a space for tracking moon phases.

• Colour and symbol as per FEMM charting guidelines.

• A blank row at the bottom if you would like to track intimacy or Peak day, Temp shift counts.

• Calculation tools at the top for calculating the opening of your fertile window with the Doering rule as well as keeping track of cycle lengths.
