Crisia (of @cycle.and.flow) is a passionate fertility doula, Fertility Knowledge Collective mentor and a Billings educator. With her extensive experience in guiding clients through their fertility journeys, Crisia brings a wealth of knowledge about the nuances of LH testing. She regularly fields questions from both clients and fertility professionals, helping them navigate the complexities of fertility charting and LH interpretation.

Nat (@fertilityawarenessproject) is a double-certified fertility awareness educator (FEMM + Billings), menstrual cycle coach, and founder of the Fertility Awareness Project and Fertility Knowledge Collective.

If a pee stick result is running your life, we need to talk.

The LH lab is for new charters, experienced charters and fertility practitioners.

When the data starts to override your own knowledge of your body - when you start outsourcing your faith in FAM to an outside authority - when you’ve lost the magic that FAM once promised.

Never getting positive LH test results, questioning whether you even ovulated at all, feeling fucking confused about where you are in your cycle?

The LH lab will get you back to trusting your own body over an app.

We believe in body literacy over blind trust in devices. We also believe in learning how to use these tests to your advantage so you’re clear on when you’re ovulating.

4 cycles, 121 Hormone tests

That’s what it took to run The LH Lab‘s groundbreaking experiment.

Crisia and Nat are curious fertility educators, always eager to dive deep into another cycle experiment.

So when Nat (who has PCOS) says she rarely gets positive LH tests herself, Crisia suggested they do an experiment, and the rest is history.

They teamed up to face off multiple LH tests (qualitative and quantitative) across multiple cycles to crack the code.

In The LH Lab, they pull back the curtain and share everything they learned in their experiment.
