Moon Woman Workshop
Join Revanna Powell (Qoya Teacher) and Nathalie Daudet (Fertility Awareness Instructor) for a four part series to explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how to embody them more fully.
Each month we experience the inner rhythms of the four phases of the menstrual cycle. This cycle is influenced by the pattern of menstruation to ovulation and again to menstruation, which impacts us biologically and emotionally. Understanding these rhythms and the dance of hormones creates a sense of ease + flow and guides your physical and emotional needs.
Each workshop will include:
- A Qoya class to embody the essence of the phase that we are working with.
- Practices to support you in aligning your life with each phase of the menstrual cycle.
- The foundations of menstrual cycle charting - know how to identify which phase you are in and what to look for in your menstrual cycle.
- Tea and Snacks!
This series offers an opportunity to take a dive into your own relationship with your cycle in a supportive circle, as we learn together and deepen our connection with ourselves and each other.
Who is this series for?
Open to menstuators and anyone who has a uterus. Regardless if you are menstruating (menopause, birth control or other) these practices can be applied to the greater creative and energetic cycles in your life.
You can register for a single workshop or register for the full series

We started out as cousins, became friends and now like to say we are sisters. We’ve each had our own journey with our individual cycles and have been sharing resources with each other for years. Both huge supports of each others work this is the first time we’ve teamed up to share something together.
We each bring our unique energy and perspective to this work which creates a fun and engaging learning environment.
We are so looking forward to sharing one of our biggest passions in life with you through this series!
